I found SubZero Appliance Repair while scrolling through some reviews online, and boy, am I glad I did! Living in Manhattan, finding a reliable sub zero repairman is like finding a needle in a haystack. Our fridge decided to go on strike, and we needed help fast. When the technician arrived, it was clear these folks knew their stuff.
The guy was friendly, showed up on time, and got straight to it. He took a look at our SubZero fridge, ran some diagnostics, and explained everything in terms even I could follow.
